DIFF is building a multi-phase model that grows with our youth and their families. We are starting with workshops and moving toward full wrap-around services.
Current Phase: DIFF Launch Workshops (2026–2027)
• Weekend and after-school style workshops for youth in grades 6–12
• Parent and caregiver workshops in money management and family planning

• Paid trade training for teens with savings built into their earnings
• Transitional housing and family support in renovated apartment complexes
• Mentorship and mental health support for Black youth and families
• Career fairs, job placement, and scholarship opportunities
